For any who are reading my posts, I will continue with the previous discussion at a later time.
How does one describe the current global conflict situation that faces America? We have so many public and clandestine agencies and bureaus that are constantly fighting for a piece of the abduction/execution pie for U.S. citizens. It seems natural that living under a totalitarian regime, now that it is understood that the only people who have any freedom are the Emperor Phallus Cheney the "Filthy" and his viceroy of the country GeOgre the "Horrible" Bush. This situation is making the story of "1984", by George Orwell, look like a true bedtime story, not a warning. We , as U.S. citizens, have allowed this grand experiment of international representation to become a totalitarian regime, where abductions, decrees and slavery are reintroduced as necessary actions to the function of a nation. Orwell never thought to introduce slavery and terrorism into the mix.
We are about to have the largest civil war in history, because our representatives of authority have perverted their authority into a kind of confidence game. We are left with a defenseless country, unable to handle natural catastrophes and legitimate threats to our sovereignty. The leadership has assisted the robber baron corporations to commit mass genocide against their own customers, where whole consumer bases are dying off from bad/tainted drugs to bad/tainted food. Our air is being poisoned by our own conveyances. Heavy metals taint everything we consume to the point where we cannot even think for ourselves, so we hire someone to think for us, even though they are just as stupid as we are stupid. We don't know how to stop[ ourselves, because there are even brain damaged leaders saying it's safe, pay no attention to that meteor of extinction heading our way.
Yes, we are smart enough to be the top predator on the planet, but we are also stupid enough, retarded enough to actually believe that we can maintain our current way of life a little while longer, just because we can. Does that make any sense whatsoever? (oopps... I forgot we can't think anymore) What will it take to make us change our life style? A nuke going off in the U.S., perhaps?
Human beings are at the mercy of their adaptations, some are good and some are leftover from a time long ago and can no longer serve a purpose. One such adaptation is wisdom, even though it seems to keep ourselves in check, more often it is considered a hindrance to other competitive drives and completely ignored. Why? Is it because we're lazy? Yes and no. We have a drive to optimize our living by making shortcuts mentally and physically. We are design to be efficient of thinking and acting, but no one showed us how to be efficient. Can we afford to be so lazy in thinking now?
The fallacy of our living today is that we no longer are allowed to think for ourselves, because wisdom and our lifestyle can't mix. There is no time to stop and think about it in our lives. Those who are convinced they are doing the right thing will not stop to think. Humanity is very capable of advancing wisely, but we also have the capacity to wipe ourselves out completely without a second thought. Why is it wrong to think for oneself or of others?
The phrase "Kill ém all and let god sort them out" is a phrase from frustration and suicidal absolutes. Life is not absolute, but death is and so is extinction. "War is Hell" should be rephrased as "War is our own self-imposed Hell", where those who can't cope with life seek death and create death to avoid the responsibility of wisdom.
